Report not working correctly in Crystal Enterprise

I created a report in Crystal Reports 8.5 and when i bring it over to Crystal Enterprise the parmeters are not showing up.
This is the first time that i had to create a report with parmeters and bring it over to Crystal Enterprise so i am not sure if there is something else that i need to do.
it works fine if i just use Crystal Reports when I refresh with new data, however in Crystal Enterprise when i refresh I do not get the parmeters.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which version of Crystal Enterprise are you using..?

Did you set the parameter-values to "EMPTY" for the RPT Object in the CMC panel..?

Thank you very much for your suggestion.
I don't know what version of Crystal Enterprise it is however I went into the parmeters and changed the parms to EMPTY and it work! Thanks again!!
