Report not showing on Web

Hi, a crystal report we were able to view previously cannot be view anymore.
We're using crystal web component services and view the report with active x over the intranet.
The report window opens up but it looks like it's just hanging and not showing any report. There are no error messages.
Our service has been running smoothly for months and it's just not working now.
I can rclient to the server and view the report using the crystal reports application but can't see it through the intranet.
Any idea on troubleshooting steps or what may be causing this sudden error?

What sort of database is it running off of? Have there been sudden traffic or processing increases on either the CRE server or the database server? Have logons for the database, or the server been changed recently? Greg W

This is a sql6.5 server.
The only thing I can think of is that we modified group permissions on the database last night. But even when I updated the report user id with every priviledge, the report still didn't show up. If it was a permissions error, the crystal report application should have given me an error as well.
Is there something I'm not doing after I modified the permission? David Lee

When you say the "report user id", are you referring to what the DSN (or CR) passes to the database? I had an error recently where the User ID my Service was running under (the PageServer service) didn't have access to the SQL server. Did the service user ID get removed from the SQL server logins?
