I have a report that works fine 99% of the time. It generates a page per customer and if any customer has more than X records in it we have to adjust the page footer by 40 pixels to look proper and re-print that customer. It is very annoying and time consuming. We can't leave the footer at the position that works for the more records because then it looks funny when there are fewer records.

I am wondering if there is a way to use a formula or a macro or something to adjust the footer as it is generating each page of the report?

I haven't been able to find anything clicking around through the report writer or in the help.

Thanks

If the report has both a Page Footer and a Report Footer, make sure that they are both the same size.

If it has both a Page Header and Report Header, make sure that they are both the same size.

It will make sure that the same number of records print on the body section regardless of how many pages are printed.
