I have a report that always needs to be on legal size paper, landscape.

Can anyone give an example of how to programatically set this?

I need to set this in VBA because when enhancements are rolled out, I currently have to hit each desktop to reset the paper size to legal. This is just not efficient.

Thanks in advance for you help.

Hi vr,
I don't know if you've checked this, but there seems to be a error with Access reports and the page layout reverting back to default, and if this is the problem this should fix it:

Go to Tools menu, Options, and "general" tab. Uncheck the "Perform Name Autocorrect". This will stop the report from reverting back to default. You can set up your reports one more time for legalsize and landscape format and save your report once you've unchecked the box, and your report will save with your layout settings. This is a quick fix and has been addressed with Microsoft SR-1 package which you can download from MS site.

Hope this helps.

Thanks! I will try it.

Thanks. I needed that fixed too and it worked like a charm!
