I!VE GOT A REPORT WITH 4 SUBFORMS SELECTED BUT WEEKPAYING

1.SUBREPORT = WEEKPAYING;WEEKPAYING
2.SUBREPORT = WEEKPAYING;WEEKSOLD
3.SUBREPORT = WEEKPAYING;WEEKPAYING
4.SUBREPORT = WEEKPAYING;WEEKDEBITED

BUT IN SUBREPORT 2 IS NOT PICKIN UP THE RECORDS...

COULD ANYBODY HELP ME PLEASE???

I doubt anyone can help since we can't see your application. Also, TYPING IN ALL CAPS IS CONSIDERED SHOUTING and is generally frowned on.

If you truly need assistance, you may need to provide information such as at least the Link Master/Child properties, what you have tried to troubleshoot, what are the record sources of the report and sub(reports/forms).

Are you really using subforms or was this a typo?

yes.. i am really using subreports...
Each report comes from a query.. so i have 5 queries..
The main one plus 4 more..

I have no idea why is picking the records for weekpaying;weekpaying and is not picking records that i`ve linked weekpaying;weeksold..

We don't have any idea either. We don't even know what you mean by "weekpaying;weekpaying" or "weekpaying;weeksold". This is not any standard Access notation or common convention.

sorry..
That main report has basically is only to select the week(that means the week that we sell jobs) year`s week.

Main report(1) has : weekpaying,repsname,branch
that report comes from a query.. when i type the week number brings all the jobs sold of the week selected..

and i have another report(2) that comes from a query with:
weeksold,repsname,branch,discount,installdate,jobnumber

and another report(3) coming from another query with:
weekpaying,repsname,branch,discount,executiondate,jobnumber

wen i link :report(1) weekpaying to report(3)weekpaying to bring the jobs for that week works fine,
but does not bring the records for report(2) that i`ve linked: report(1)weekpaying to report(2)weeksold..
the records for the weeksold does not show up

obs.: weekpaying is a formula.. weekpaying=weeksold+1

do u need any more details? or another way to explain ?

when you are saying "linked" I assume you mean Master/Child links between the main and subreports, right?

Is "WeekSold" a field in your Main Report? Is it in your main report's Recordsource? If not, you need to put it there, i.e. a calculated field in the Recordsource:

Weeksold: Weekpaying - 1

No.. week sold is in my child report and weekpaying is in my main report..
Basicaly i want that field weekpaying lookin on : weekpaying and weeksold
what i want is a look up..
one field looking in 2 fields... i think

Please post your main and subreport's Recordsources, as well as the table structures of any pertinent tables. Please provide some sample data and which fields you are trying to 'link'. Also please let us know what the 'linking' fields data types are. Thanks!
