I have a column named Address which has CITY, ZIP values stored in it. But I would like to break the column into two with CITY as one column and ZIP as another one.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

What application are you using and what database is it reporting from?

I using Report Studio and Sql server 2000 as my database.

Thanks

Sorry, no experience of ReportStudio, so can't offer solution. I would expect you'll need a combination of the functions REVERSE, LEFT and LOCATE to parse out the two items from the single field.

Can you publish the contents of approx. 5 records? In that way I can possibly help you out.
