Report footer at same location on preprinted form

I am using a preprinted invoice form. Each invoice has a different number of detail line items, then a section at the bottom for summary and shipping information that I would like to put into a report footer. I know that normally the report footer starts to print just below where the detail section finishes. I would like the report footer to always print at the same location on the invoice regardless of the number of detail lines.

I have a workaround where I fill the detail section with blank records to force the report footer to the same location, and I know I could also use the page footer to accomplish this (although I am using the page footer for other information on each page). Does Access have a way to place the report footer at an exact location on a page?

Thanks.

hi ronphx.

Did you figure it out? how to print the report footer at an exact location on a page?

I've try the options listed on "119655 - ACC: How to Print Group Footer at Specific Location" but they didn't work for me, perhaps i'm doing something wrong.

I have a report which is meant to be a invoice, so I want the report footer to appear in the bottom of the page.

Is there a simpler way to do that?

Any help will be appreciated.

Patricia.
