Report Filter for User which is logged in

Hello,
we have an report which shows the sales figures grouped by sales personnel.
Is it possible to filter the report, so the user which starts the report, sees only the figures dedicated to his name?

I tried to figure out how the "Zielgruppenverteilung"(couldn't find the translation, should be something with target group publishing) works, but I don't get it.

I you've some advice or suggestions for me, it would be great.

if using reportnet or C8 , you can use ParameterMap in your package to filter the query based on the user signon.
