Hi How to add the fields to the crystal reports..

You should post what version of Crystal you have, as with any software product you might inquire about.

In recent versions you'll have View->Field Explorer on the menu, which will allow you to expand the database fields and drag them onto the report canvas.

Given your one line posting, which indicates that you have very little software experience, I would suggest that you get a book, some courseware, or better yet, hire a consultant.

Also the help file has plenty of assistance available, so press F1.

Hi Thanks for your reply...i have been in some other technologies..and just started working in crystal reports..and here my doubt is i am using ttx file to load the db fields. And when i add one more field to an existing ttx file its not updating the fields in Field Explorer.

you could try right clicking and refreshing the field explorer and if that doesn't do it try
database>verify database
