report download problem - Urgent

Hi all,

I hv an Application(it was developed by someone else) which generates a report using CR.Now there are options to download the report as PDF/Word doc.The application provides a link, prompts the user to right click on the link and select "Save target as"/"Save link as" to download the report.
Now this works fine in NS.But in IE, it gives me the following error while downloading:

"File could not be written in cache"

Is it the prob with the application or the browser?
Any help is highly appreciated.This is urgent.

Have you solved this yet?
All I can think of is the size of the Temporary Internet Folder. Is that large enough? Tools/Internet Options/Settings...

ya, I hv tried after clearing the cache area also..still no use :-(
