I have a parameter query set up to return all activity between any two dates entered. Of course, the number of entries returned could vary and I would like to know the number without having to physically count.

I am sure it will take an unbound text box, but for the life of me I could not find anything useful in the HELP section.

Example

1 Activity
2 Activity
3 Activity...

My report now is simply

Activity
Activity
Activity

I feel really stupid asking this, and probably more so once I get the answer, thanks for the help.

Set up a text box and put this in as the control source:

=1

Then set the "Running Sum" in the text box properties to Over Group or Over All, whichever is applicable.
