Report attachment stripped from scheduled email

A Crystal Report scheduled to an email address is stripped from the email at the recipient address. I'm using Seagate Info 7.5.2 and Outlook 2002. The report is attached when viewed in the Outlook Outbox, but is stripped when it gets to the recipient.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Their server is probably doing it, have them check with their admin.

Thanks for the tip. The server accepts other Crystal report attachments. It only loses the attachment when it is set up by the Scheduler.

Ahhh, that is odd...

Does the server give a message why to the user? Generally it will say something about size or virii...

Try sending an email to yourself, and then forwarding it to them.
