Report Application Server stopped working.....

Hello,
I had Crystal Report Application Server [RAS] 9.x working great on a Windows 2000 server until I moved this server to a data center.
Now, even after reinstalling, I get following error.

clientdoc.dll (0x80041015)
Failed to connect to server &quot;<myservername>&quot;. Error returned from Windows Sockets API : 0.

Any idea why this should happen? BTW, RSASAMPLES has alos stopped working.
However, Crystal Reports work individully but not through RAS.

I know this is an old post...but I am having the same problem as jaijavan and have searched everywhere for an answer with no luck.

I have Crystal RAS (v10) properly installed, the service is running, CE works fine but when I use Crystal's sample code to create a new report it gives me this same error.

BTW, I am using the RAS sdk and RAS server on the same machine. I am also using this with VS.net 2003 on XP (if that matters)

Does anybody have any ideas - I have tried everything.
