Report 4 basic ACD not totaling after end hour

The end user is still using a serial printer for basic cad reports. The complaint is that report 4 is not totaling after the end hour (EHR). This report runs 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. ( SHR = 0 , EHR = 24 , RFRQ = 3 , SFRQ = 1 , ROPT= 1 2 4 , PRIO = 4 [ for tty 4 ] , AID = NO ,TOT4 = YES ). I deleted the SCB, the TTY’s , sysloaded the system. The last report is at 23:00 and nothing prints at 23:30 even though the rest of the 24 hours the reports print on the half hour. The switch is Succession 3.0 Version 2921 and is patched current. Any suggestions ?

I am surprised that the switch let you put 24 for EHR because that is not an option it should be between 0-23
