Reply Emails in Distribution list..

I have a client who has 3 distribution groups. They recive emails regarding orders. What sometimes happens is if an order comes in 3 people may reply to this as they all receive this email as they are in the same distirbution group.

Is there a way to let everyone in the group know that someone has replied to this email?

a common approach to this issue is to create an email enable public folder, and then create a sub called, action, approved or something alone those lines.

you can then use folder assistant to notify the team that there is a new mail in the public folder

then the person actioning the email moves it into the subfolder.

It ain't pretty... but it works

thanks for the quick response. But however is there a rule or something that can be set-up to notify the group or any other way that this can be done. The client has no time to do this method

Quickest thing would be to have the users do a Reply to All, its the button next to Reply button.
