Replication/mirroring

I have 2x Windows 2000 which I want do automatic mirroring / replication of the IIS-directories.

One of the 2000-servers is member of a NT4-domain, while the other located in DMZ-zone and not member of a domain.

Couldbthis be handled with integrated functions in Windows or do I need 3rd part software?

Not sure if you can do within Windows, we use a 3rd party product called Data Replicator to do a similar thing:
