I have a table at the start of the document and want to have the same table showing at the end too. Can anyone suggest a method of me just filling in the 1st table on the 1st page and it appearing on the last page too?

You can put a text field into the top table (on the forms toolbar) and set it to update upon exit, then put a REF field in the table at the bottom that refers back to the text field in the top table.

How about select table, edit copy, edit paste? How long can this take?

Copy and pasta isn't a good option as the formating is different but text is the same

Dear STU1979,

Your original posting said you wanted the same table at the start and end of the document. If the table formats are different you could still do the table copy and paste and record a macro to reformat the second table.
