Hello,
I am in the process of replacing a client Win/SQL 2003 server( hosts: CS, CCR and VM Pro) with a new upgraded one with Win 2008 R2/SQL express 2008 ...etc
Any recommendations on how to recover all the existing information to make this change as transparent as possible to the end users (PIN codes, Saved Voice messages, greetings ...etc)

Thank you
Sam

As an ACSS you should know these kind of stuff or at least being able to build a test system to try this.

But i would make a image or a good backup first.
Then i would upgrade the current sql up to a 2008 version.
Then make another backup of the SQL database and restore it on the new machine.

VMPro is just a matter of a copy of the VMDATA.mdb file and the whole folder VM.

CS is something you have to lookup in the manual.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I've done many of them but never replaced an existing one to a new platform and wanted to make sure that I am not missing anythings ..
Thank you for the info. I will remember to vote for you here to keep on "the best" list :)
