I have a tyan trinty 400 51854s motherboard It had a slot 1 350 cpu want to change it to socket 370 733 cpu. I tried a clean install of win xp computer runs until it get to setup is starting window and then the computer reboots and stays in that loop. My motherboard does not have jumper 21.
