What are the official replacement sets for the MD 5610 ad 5620?

HSM especially will back me on this unfortunatly this forum is not really for questions like this this!!As anybody who knows the prodyuct range would know this .....however im feeling nice so 16xx & 96xx are the new IP handset range on the IPO.

Indeed, the handsets IPOTraining mentioned are digital, replacements for the 54xx handset, the 16xx and 96xx are replacements for 56xx

9608 is probably a more direct replacement for the 5610/20

16xx are cheaper. other 96xx are available

Yeah and the 1603....just don't go there, they will make you cry they are that bad, especially if using POE (who doesn't)

We do not even sell the 14 and 1600.
There is only one second hand 1616 in our stock
I guess my boss don't like them.

I'm hoping to see an upturn of the xx08 phones now. Not holding my breath. ££££ seems to drive too many people.

You are so right, I don't know the IP Office product range, I'm being forced to learn it. My life in the Nortel world is coming to and end!
