Replacement for Plantronics P41 headsets

Plantronics has discontinued the P41 headset. It was a good headset that didn't require a amplifier.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a replacement?

Plantronics is suggesting the H41, but it requires a amplifier to make it work with the 5235 phone.

Add the A10 adapter cable to the H41 headset and you won't need an amplifier.
