replaced failed bcm50/srg50

hi all

i have replaced a failed srg50 with a new one have got the keycode on it but i cant restore the backup from the old one get this message "Failed to extract signature from archive" anyone know what to do?

Are they both the same s/w level? If so then it's probably the patch level. u must've loaded patches on the old system and none on the new or vice versa.
