Replaced 715 GBCS-2 SAT 1

Hi all, I have a 9.0 definity. My old SAT went and replaced with new.
I however don't remember how to setup the F1 thru F8 keys.
I know they have to be remapped but I don't know the SAT codes to assign?
Could some one send me a list of SAT commands for the F keys?

It might make more sense to replace it with a PC running ASA.

513 SAT keys have escape sequences (default)
4410 and 4425 download escape sequences from Definity when you choose them as your terminal type.
