We are requested to replace the M2250 Consoles with 3904 Digital Sets. How do we program the digital sets to perform that function? Thank you

1. M3904 Key 0 and Key 1 Change it to MCR DN
2. Change Key 2 and 3 to MCR DN if you need to answer more than 2 calls at the same time.

3. Change the Night DN to the DN of the 3904 set in the CDB

Please what is CDB?
For MCR, all extensions ring at the same time, how do we get the sets to ring round robin?

CDB is LD 15 (LD 22 can be used to display PRT ATT or PRT NIT parameters. ( i don't have a live system and stopped working on CS1K in 2014 :)
MCR will stop ringing once answered. you can put that call on hold and answer the next key if there is a second incoming call.
Otherwise need to program keys with SCR and dummy DNs and in CLS need to enable hunt (HTA)
and may be LHK 3 to hunt till key 3.

You cannot replace M2250 consoles with M3904 sets, but as @JTDubai directed, you can modify your system to send calls to another position. You will lose a lot of features of the attendant, so you may want to plan this carefully. Printing out your NIT and ATT data will give you an idea of what attendant features are currently in use.

If I was to do this, I would avoid the MCR as only one call will call in at the exact same moment, but once a call is answered, the next key will be available. I would use the SCR keys and dummy overflow numbers as mentioned above, utilizing the MARP functionality for overflow to voice mail or another extension.
