Replace a 1510 with a 1210 or 1220

Will I have any issues related to screen size difference if I replace a Radiant 1510 terminal with a 1210 or 1220 terminal? Other than the usual Aloha fun and and games?

No, unless you have any bitmaps that are resolution specific (like a custom floor plan or anything on a button). If you are just using native graphics, you should be fine.

The 1220's only do 800x600. The 1210's are garbage and I would never use them unless desperate.
