Replace 4 Linksys Home Routers with Cisco?

We currently have 4 linksys home routers running, I would like to know what would be the best solution for upgrading these to a single rack mount solution? Here is more network information.

each router is assigned its own static ip address.

Router 1 connects to a single 24 port switch via 1 port on the router.
Router 2 connects to 2 servers via 2 ports on the router.
Router 3 Connects to 2 servers via 2 ports on the router.
Router 4 connects to 1 server via 1 port on the router.

Each router has its own internal address / network.

Router 1 = 192.168.0.1
Router 2 = 192.168.2.1
Router 3 = 192.168.3.1
Router 4 = 192.168.1.1

We would like to consolidate all of these routers into one solution if possible. Whats the best solution to do this and also provide the firwall / nat / port fowarding that these home routers have built into them.

All of these routers wan ports connect to a single switch that is then connected to the internet via a single ethernet connection.

How many users on the network? What is your budget for this project? What type of internet connection do you have?
 
1. there are 14 servers on the network we estimate about 300 users on at the same time eventually with options to grow.

2. Budget - Whatever it takes to do it right, with options for growth

3. Internet connection is currenly a single 1mbps dsl connection but we will be moving this entire network to a 3mbps ethernet in a datacenter.

What is the geography of this netowrk? Same builbing, same floor, distance of each subnet wiring closet to data center? Do you want to continue using different subnets or maybe combine all into one subnet?
 
Need to continue using different subnets, the servers all all in the same rack and will stay there. The routers are in the rack as well. The rack is connected directly the the internet connection..

Actually.. Rethinking the situation we could do without the diff subnets if we could accomplish the same goals. We have 4 ip address.. certain domains point to certain ip's so as long as the router routed the incoming traffic for the correct ip to the correct server the same subnet would be fine. We split it up just to have it working with the linksys routers since they are 1 public IP per router.

Just buy a L3 switch like Cat3550/3750. You'll then have a higher port density with routing between different subnets/VLANs. If budget allows, buy 2 for redundancy.
 
Hmm. Well I'm all new to the cisco stuff.. I've got an extensive background in programming, web development, system design, and basic networking for small businesses.. So any additional information anyone could provide on where to obtain more information or HOW TO's let me know.
I've installed a good share of linksys products but when it comes to the cisco gear only had a few hands on experiences. If we have too we will outsource this project but i would like to have a general idea of what to be asking for before going into it.

Sorry, I think you'll need a router cos you need NAT. I think Cisco 1700 series or even 2800 series routers will be sufficient.

If you're going to outsource this project, you can always ask for a few things like:

1) high availability network design so that there's no single point of failure in your network. Also if your vendor will be looking after your network, you can check its Service Level Agreement to see if it suits your needs.
2) scalability so that it'll be easy to expand your network in the future
3) security features like RADIUS/TACACS+, ACL, IOS hardening,...etc
4) Cabling (if you'll outsource this also...)
5) Maintenance and monitoring, as well as other aftersales services like Business-as-usual (BAU) changes
6) Discount...
