Calls will have to be routed through ARS
Create a New Facility and Route group called 118
Create a Dial Rule that adds 118YYY and set absorb to yes
Put this dial rule in your Facility Group and set your Trunk Group
Put your 118 Facility Group in your 118 Route Group, set 118xxx in your dial patterns
Pull the 118 route group to the top of the list within Route Groups
Just tried this on my system, my 118YYY is 118118, tried to dial 118500 and 118118 was actually dialled.

I have just tried that. system is inserting 118118 in front of 118500 (118118118500)
on the loggers also its displaying it as a call to 118118118500
but the call was directed to 118118.
