Repeated entries in Outlook

Somehow during a recovery, I got two copies of my folders, one labelled "outlook Today", the other "Personal Folders", each contianing {Calendar, contacts, notes, inbox, ...}.

How do I merge, and get rid of one.

drag and drop from personal folders to exchange mailbox.

remove personal folders from services. ensure delivery of new mail goes to exchange not personal folders.

I don't run exchange.

And if I rtry to move these, I get:

"Can't move item. Special folders, including contacts, schedule, ...., cannot be moved."

If you mean you have two Personal Folders (.pst), then I had the same problem.

Two Personal Folders showed up on Outlook folders and in Delivery Options. I only have one. One of the Personal Folders "ould not be found" bu Outlook.

Easiest solution - Just create a new profile and make it the default profile for Outlook.
