Our existing system is cs1000m,our call pilot is not working anymore.
We would like to replace our faulty callpilot with another suitable type,to be flexible and work smooth to receive incoming calls to our extentions. Please advise.

I don't think you will find an alternative that works as well and integrates as well as Call Pilot. Every 3rd party voice mail installation I was ever involved with was an absolute nightmare to integrate with the CS1000. I know that doesn't answer your question directly but maybe offers some guidance. I would just replace the Call Pilot. Unless it is a Security thing with Windows Server 2003 then absolutely you will need to find an alternative.

It looks like Avaya purchased the ESNA OfficeLinx product and rebranded as IX Messaging. It touts the same type of functionality as the Call Pilot solution for the CS1000, but I have yet to use it at all. It might be worth looking into.

I think CallPilot PCB widely offered to purchase by after-market company.

I replaced my callpilot 600R HA with Esna officelinx HA three years ago. there was some minor integration issues with Nortel CS1000 7.6. the only recent issue this year was I had to upgrade System/Session manager to 8.1 from 6.3 ME after upgrading to OL 10.7. The callpilot TUI is a little different. Esna at that time offered there administration and installation certification course without this there is no support without a vendor.
