Hello,

i have a working Audix Hunt-Group. This hunt-group consists of 7 Analog Extensions.

I only want to change the extensions and keep the Analog Ports.
But when i´ve changed the Extensions i always get an busy tone, when i call this audix hunt-group.
(I have changed the hunt-group and set the new extensions...)

In an list trace station, i´am getting the message "reorder Hunt-Group" .....

I´ve searched the avaya support page but found nothing.

thanks .

Did you change the extensions in the Intuity Audix?

I´am not sure where to change the extensions in the audix.

It is going to depend on what version of Audix you are running. Post the model/version you using here and we may can help.

From the first sreen pick voice system administration then voice equipment. F8 (action) assign/change....PBX extension to channel. You may have to fool around with the steps a bit to get it to work.

Also, make sure that the extensions listed in the hunt group are in the same order as the extensions in audix. Also make sure the numbers appear where they should (on the right ports). If you do not, the two will not play together nicely.
