I have a db with an autonumber on teh primary index.

If I delete a few records, the primary index ends up with a few "holes" in the numbering.

I recall in the past having fixed it by renumbering the table somehow and thought "repairing the db" did it, but no luck.

Any ideas please?

Thanks in advance

Steve

What I do is delete the primary field, and then add the primary field again as Autonumber. This should reset the numbers.
