Render stored HTML in report

I have a table with an NVARCHAR(MAX) column that contains the HTML for a document. I want to create a report containing the rendered content of the column, not the raw text. I can think of a couple of roundabout ways to accomplish that, but before I get all clever and stuff I wanted to check to see if there's a straightforward way to to do this that I've just missed.
