Renaming a database in SQL 1

How do I rename a database in SQL Server 2000? Is there a stored proc I can use. Im having trouble locating it. Thanks.

sp_renamedb

This example changes the name of the accounting database to financial.

EXEC sp_renamedb 'accounting', 'financial'
