Removing Windows Registry Key

I try to remove registry folder in regedit.
I know I tried to remove registry key with =-
but that does not work to remove a entire folder in registry.

i.e.[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office]
"10.0"=-
10.0 is a folder in regedit.
I am trying to remove that in .reg file.

Could anyone give me a tip??

Is part of the problem that the Registry Key may be duplicated (in parts) here?
