How do I remove web access for a database?

If the server on which the database is running the http task, the only thing you can do is ensure that the Default ACL entry is set to No Access, and that there is an Anonymous ACL entry set to No Access either.
That does not "remove" web access, it just ensures that the web user must log in to the server to use the database.

The best way to "remove" web access is to avoid loading the http task - but that is not an option if you need web access for other apps on that server.

Incorrect answer - sorry.

Go to the database ACL and select the Advanced Tab.

In the drop down titled "Maximum Internet Name and password" select "NO ACCESS".

Now no matter how users authenticate over HTTP, they will never get the DB.
