Removing the Name in General Tab

Hello I hope I have a simple question. I want to remove the name and information from a user to change it in ConsoleOne for the user under General. When I try to it brings up a down arrow and a list of things I have already done to the user. I want to clear those all out. Any ideas how?? This is just something that has been bothering me for a long while and now have some time to look into it.

I hope that makes sense if not let me know. I just want to be able to go to that tab and clear the information out like Given Name, Title, Location, all the ones with a drop down.

Click on it so it is highlighted, then press delete to remove the value. Save changes before entering in a new value.

I knew there had to be a easy way to get that. If I would of played around with it a little more maybe I would of got it. Thank you very much Brent. This has been driving me nuts for a long time now, and now I can move on to other small problems.
