Removing products from policy list

Is there any way to remove the products that show up as having available policies for them? A lot of the products aren't relevant to me and to reduct clutter I'd prefer not to see them but despite removing the package etc they still show up in the Policies tab. This is in EPO 3.0.1

Oops ignore me, they do disappear I just had to come out of the EPo and go back in rather than refresh.
