Greetings,

How do I remove a phone from the system so I can recover the license?

I tried:

ld 20
REQ out
TYPE i2004
TN 64 02

and the system returns
SCH1509

So, what am I missing?

Thanks in advance!

I de-acquired the phone in Symposium.

Symposium > Configuration > phonesets/Voice ports ...

unacquired the TN and then deleted it.

If I'm supposed to unacquire it in the CS1000, please be more specific .. load, commands, etc.

Thanks

so how do I delete it from the PBX?

I tried "out" and that didn't work.

ld 48 dacr agt <tnb>

may be acquired by more than just sym, ld 48 will remove all.
