Removing Operator Phone 1

I have a Merlin Magix system set up with two operator phone stations. The problem is, I want to change one of those back to a regular extension so I can hook up a 4412D+ phone. I can find and identify the extension in the programming menu on the main operator phone, but I can't figure out how to change it.

Any help would be much appreciated!

The procedure to remove it will reset the system - so everyone has to be off their phones when you do it. Press menu, system program, start/exit, operator, positions, direct line, key in the extention number of the 2nd operator position and press delete - then press store all. The system will restart - and the extra operator will be gone.
