CR 8.5 against a Btreive database

I've inherited a large number of reports in which the "developer" brought every db table into every report even if only one table is used.
When I go to remove the unused table from a report I am forced to do one table at a time.
Is there a method of removing multiplr tables with one action?

Thanks

Dear awowen,

No, unfortunately you cannot.

Thanks Rosemary. I was hoping...

Here's your cheat, remove permission to those tabels you do not want, open the report and do a Database->Verify Database.

Crystal will then prompt you to remove each one, it'll be much faster than man ually removing them.

Great! I'll try that. If it works it will save me hours of monkey work.
Thanks

Dear SV,

:) You're not suggesting she do that in a production environment are you?

regards and hope you are well,

ro

Ro,
After hours only. Thanks for the watch thouogh.

Well a cheat isn't any fun unless you do it realtime against a live production database, especially one without backups, Ro ;)

Good to read you again, always a delight.
