I have a customer that had a NAM with Co-res. VM and ACD,
Now They are going to a Cinphony II on a seperate NAM.
How do I delete All of the Minuet programming of the Co-res NAM
without affecting the VM programming.

Also, I was told that to activate the Second NAM...
I should shutdown the Original NAM and remove all Door Controllers...
Then go in and remove all the feature codes (**XFTEST).
then bring up the ACD NAN, test that its working OK...
then bring up the VM NAM, test that its working OK...
Then add the door controllers.
Does this sound right???

Thanks for any help.

It doesn't sound right;
I have had one customer that we did the same to a few months ago. since Cintech has their tech come out for all warranted installs we just hung the NAM & then let their tech take care of the cleanup.

since you cannot even get over the phone tech support if the Cinphony was not installed by their tech we won't even look at a self install it's not worth the headaches.

Were you looking at a self install? if not Cintech sends out a pretty good checklist to go thru.

take off the backup set dn for the minuet (Should render this inactive.)

Cintech should be able to support it step by step. Let them do the work. Thats what you paid for when you bought the Cinphony Suite.
