Hello
I am working on a system that has had the ISDN card removed. The system seems to still think it is there and so lines 1 and 2 are held for it. I have three normal lines coming in and these are automatically assigned to line 3, 4 and 5. I need to block the ISDN capability and make the three incoming lines 1,2 and 3

Hi and thanks for the reply - I have been on holiday and so only just returned to the system - I have gone through the programming but there seem to be only 4 CO groups available. I am unsure where to find PGM141, but accessed using menu 3, sub menu 3 in the programming manual. I have assigned to all four groups but non of these sort the problem out....?

Yes, it is a GDK16, my apologies, I should have mentioned this before

OK. The PGM 141 does not exist in GDK-16, but in all other ipLDK systems like ipLDK-50/100/300/600 and iPECS.

For GDK-16 do like this:

Go to Mainmenu 3 and enter the line numbers (1-6) that you do not need any more, and go to flex key 03. Here the number 4 should be entered. So the lines not needed any more are now put into CO group 4, which is the passive CO group.

Hi Doktor, I have tried this without sucess. The three incoming analog lines still show up as lines 3, 4 and 5 rather than 1,2,and 3

Yes. Line 1 and 2 is always ISDN2 lines.
This is because the ISDN2 (BRI) system on the motherboard.
If you want to have analog and/or digital lines added or removed you need to deal with the lines 3 to 6.
So your 3 analog lines will be 3,4,5. The rest - line 1,2 and 6 should be put in CO group 4.
