Removing Icons in systray startup 2

Hello,
Each time I boot up, I have around 14 icons pop up in my systray start up bar. Not only is it anoying, it's using up alot of my system resorces. How can I get rid of thease things? If any one can help me I would be forever greatful.

You'll find them either in your Startup Group or the rest could be coming from within the Registry under:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
