I recently setup an Exchange 2K3 cluster and moved all the mailboxes from the old Exchange server to the cluster. I deleted all the replication information for the old server for the public folders and such. Now when I try and uninstall Exchange on the old server, it tells me I can't uninstall Exchange because there are still mailboxes on it. I verified there are NO mailblxes on the server. It's ben turned off for two weeks to verify everyone was using the cluster. Anyone have any ideas why Exchange won't uninstall?

I found some rogue accounts by following the MS article - 555147. I removed the Exchange attributes from those mailboxes and was able to remove Exchange
