Removing default queue message and callers stuck in Queue

IPO 8.0 with Voicemail Pro

When callers call into queue, it plays the pre-recorded message, then announcememnt 1, followed by announcement 2. How do I go about removing the prerecorded message.

Once they are in the queue, the system will only ring one of two phones in the huntgroup (collective call waiting). Once they pick up the phone to answer, they receive dialtone and the call is still in queue. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
