Removing Clock Card opt 61 question

We are cutting back on our PRIs and I need to remove one dual PRI and one Clock card. The PRI that is being removed connects to the CC port 0 and 1, there is another CC that will stay along with a working dual pri. I need help with how to remove the clock card, thanks in advance.

Wouldn't you keep two CC's, even if you only have 1 reference? I thought it was only Opt 11's that had 1 CC...
