Removing Call Forward on Non-Existant Phone 2

Meridian 1 Option 81c System.
We outed a 3903 phone which I believe was probably forward to our helpdesk dn number 8008. A 3904 phone was created using the same DN and TN number. Our phones are configured so that after 4 rings it forwards automatically to voicemail.
This DN is forwarding to 8008 which is our helpdesk.
When I printout the TN there is configuration to forward to 8008.

yes, as Nortellian said, make this TN the MARP (multiple appearance redirection prime) TN. Also, I noticed your LHK is 0. This means key 0 will not hunt to key 1 if it's busy. This may be the way you want it, but if not then change your LHK to 1 and key 0 will go to key 1 on a busy.

It was the MARP. 7981 was on 2 different phones. When the main phone got outed it put the MARP on the phone that forwards to the 8008 extension.
Changed it and all is well. New learning Experience!!!!
