Can anyone tell me how to remove a DN that has been programmed on a AutoDial button on a M3905. There are no features on the phone allowing me to remove the autodial number. Also I have looked at the manual for M3905 and it only explains how to create not remove. The last thing I want to do is have to out the phone.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes I am able to change it to another DN. The thing is, we only want to have a Label on this Auto Dial key that we keep track with our recording software.

When our agent is on a call the agent will press the AutoDial Key that is only a label and does not have a DN attached to it. Our recording software will keep track of these Label keys that have been pressed which are only programmed on 1 key.

So basically how can you restore the autodial key to nothing?

Do a CHG on the TN and enter the key # then "NUL" as your entry for making a blank key, or just enter ADL xx (4/8/12 or any other number you might want to enter) then enter thru the rest of the prompts.
Many people say to make any changes to an ACD set you should out and rebuild, I have never had an issue making changes to the non-ACD parts of the phone, so the choice is yours.

I can rebuild the phone, but is there no alternative?
