Removing ANI first 3 digits

Hi all.
I have MIVB 3300 with several PSTNs. One of the PSTNs sends ANI/ CLID with a country code whilst other PSTNs just send the number, How do I remove the first 3 digits constituting the country code for this PSTN such that incoming calls display on the phones wihout it to be uniform?
