Removing an Offline Exchange Server

I have a server in my Exchange organization that does not physically exist anymore, but we never had Exchange properly uninstalled before it was trashed.

Does anyone know how to remove an offline Exchange server from your organization? Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks.

You can remove the server by either using Exchange Manager or ADSIEDIT from Windows Support tools.
